Hawks Motorsports is EXCITED to announce the release of the new reproduction 82-92 Camaro Firebird Fuel Tank Vent Valve for V6 & V8. This has been a long awaited and much needed replacement part for the 3rd Generation F-Body.
Just got it in today and went out and replaced it. I was having problems with the old one leaking and a strong gas smell. Here in the next day or so I'll go fill up and take a drive. Usually after filling up I would notice the leak. Can't believe you can't find these at any parts store. Thanks hawks yall saved the day
Thanks, Hawks for producing a new fuel tank vent so I don't have to cobble together 40-year-old plastic parts anymore.
I have been looking for the GM ones which are no longer available and ran across these, perfect and thank you. I use them on my hotrods with fuel injection to keep the gasoline smell from the garage while they are stored.
