This package consists of the Spohn tubular k-member for the 1982-1992 F-Body Camaro and Firebird with Small Block Chevy, Big Block Chevy, LT1 and 3.8L V-6 engines with Pinto Manual Rack and Pinion steering mounts (click here), tubular a-arms (click here), a front coil-over kit (Pro-Drag, Pro-Tour, Pro-Drag with QA1 Struts or Pro-Tour with QA1 Struts), and you can optionally include our complete Pinto manual steering rack kit. Spring Type: K-members are available set up for a stock style coil spring, or in a coil-over version that eliminates the upper spring perch.
Motor Mount Pads: K-members are available with no motor mount pads for those who will be using a motor plate, or with mounting pads that will accept standard small block, big block, LT1 or 3.8L V-6 motor mounts. Note: If you will be using any block mounted motor mounts then you must get the motor mount pads installed on the k-member. The motor mount pads are what the block mounted motor mounts bolt fast to on the k-member.
Pinto Manual Rack Kit: This k-member comes equipped with mounts welded in place to mount a Pinto manual rack and pinion. You can choose to add their complete Pinto Manual Rack Kit which comes complete with a brand new Pinto manual rack, 6061 aluminum rack mount, bump-steer kit and the complete steering shaft assembly for a 100% bolt-in and ready to go installation.
4130N Upgrade: The ultimate in bullet-proof lightweight strength, 4130N chrome moly tubing construction! Same as above, but constructed from 1.50" x .083" and 1.25" x .095" 4130N chrome moly tubing.
