This transmission cross member is designed for the installation of a 700R4 or T5 transmission into an 82-92 third generation F-Body. Cross member is built using 0.120 rectangular tubing, 0.188 mild steel mounting plates and a 0.375 thick transmission mount. New cross member is supplied powder coated bright red or gloss black and includes new mounting hardware. This item utilizes factory cross member holes and requires no drilling.
