This kit is the basic LSx conversion kit for those who are converting their 82-92 Camaro or Firebird drivetrain to a LSx based drivetrain, using either a 4L60E or T56 transmission from an F-body and using their factory 82-92 K-Member.
This kit includes the staples of any LSx conversion.
- Engine Motor Mount Pads SP-971 (to be installed onto your factory k-member, these are not the clamshells, if you do not have the original clamshells form the LS engine you are using, you will need to purchase them separately item #GM2217/9268-1 )
- Transmission Crossmember, Automatic 4L60E (Item HT-4L60EXM) or T56 6 Speed Manual (Item HT-T56XM)
- A/C Compressor Notch Plate Kit HT-LS1ACPLATE, to be used with your factory 82-92 K-Member
