Camaro/Firebird 82-92 6 Speed (93-97 Style) T-56 Transmission Changeover kit, Comes with everything needed to change your Automatic to a 6 speed in your 3rd Gen, shipping is not included, call or email for freight shipping costs. $50.00 Crate Fee Non Negotiable will be added.

* 93-97 Style T-56 Transmission (Used) (Must be used with only SBC, LT1 or BBC Engine)

* T-56 Bellhousing (Used)

* Clutch & Flywheel (Used, we recommend buying new) (please note pre-86 cars with two piece rear main seals WILL need to purchase a new flywheel RAM-2555)

* Lower Shift Boot (Used)

* 6 Speed Pedals (Used)

* Hydraulics (Slave and Master, Used, we recommend buying new)

* Shifter w/ Knob (Used)

* Transmission crossmember (New)

* Torque Arm Bracket (Used, if necessary)

* All necessary connectors and pigtails (Used, exp. neutral safety switch, brake switch, etc...)

* All necessary hardware need to complete the install

* New Manual Shifter Plate w/ 6 Speed Icon (only if it's a 82-92 Camaro OR 85-92 Firebird, no shifter plates are sent for 1982-1984 Firebird)

The most satisfying upgrade I've made.

When I ordered my 1985 Trans Am in July of '84, I opted for the 700R4 Automatic and always regretted it. Now, after 34 years I converted to the 6 speed T56 and am having more fun with my TA than I've ever had. My 383 dyno's at 375 hp to the rear wheels w/ 400 ft lb torque and the T56 has no problem handling the power. The kit included the clutch assembly, Hawks shifter, T56 and interior console plate. Everything looks clean and factory.
