Camaro/Firebird 82-2002 BMR Universal Trak Pak© Torque Arm Kit -Eliminate traction problems with the BMR Trak Pak©. This design eliminates the transmission tailshaft stress by relocating the torque arm front mount. Shorter torque arm design moves the "instant center" rearward for improved weight transfer on acceleration. This kit consists of the adjustable torque-arm, a universal crossbrace, mounting hardware, and an anglefinder for adjusting pinion angle. Rear end mounting plates are made from strong, laser cut 3/8 " cold rolled steel. Equipped with a rear adjuster to allow on-car pinion angle adjustments up to 6 degrees for dragstrip tuning and a polyurethane front mount. Torque arm is made from 1.25" x .120" DOM tubing while crossbrace is made from 1-5/8" x .120" DOM tubing. Crossbrace requires welding and professional installation.
NOTE: Will not work with "diamond style" subframe connectors. Use of this product will produce additional road noise and is recommended for the serious enthusiast only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MOSER 12 BOLT USERS: This product is only warrantable on rear axles that utilize the factory style "through bolts" to connect the torque arm to the rear end. Moser 12 bolt rear ends utilize a threaded bolt hole that has been proven to have bolt retention issues when used with aftermarket torque arms. If you have this particular rear axle, understand this warranty disclaimer and still wish to use this product, keep in mind that lock washers, or Loctite brand thread sealants are not substitutes for periodic bolt inspection.
