UMI's Chromoly shock tower brace weighs in at only 4lbs, 1/2lb lighter then UMI's mild steel version. Using Chromoly steel allows for use of thinner wall tubing, making a lighter weight product that still consists of the much needed strength. If you are concerned about adding front end weight but still want the results of a shock tower brace, this is just for you!

Looks good, right length and height.

The UMI Performance 1993-2002 Camaro / Firebird Chromoly Strut Tower Brace looks good and fit ok, although almost gave it 4 stars because it did have a slightly greater dihedral than where it is mounted on the tower body of my 2000 Z28, but seemed to pull down ok when the nuts were tightened. It also looks to have plenty of clearance over the stock manifold for a Fast intake manifold upgrade.
