This is a new aftermarket replacement Camaro or Firebird 1986-Early 1991 Hatch Motor Plastic Housing ONLY. This style is for an original GM motor only. IF your hatch motor has been replaced with an aftermarket motor, which a lot of them have been over the years, this housing will not work and you will only be able to upgrade the entire motor. If you are unsure, you can email a picture of your hatch motor unit and we will help you determine which style you have. Early 1991 hatch motor housings were metal, and late 1991 models had fiberglass plastic housings. Will not work with late model 1991.
NOTE: Housing color has recently changed from clear to black. Same kit, different color.
