Power Booster Conversion Kit: With these trucks already being power brake equipped, there isn’t a conversion to be done. However, there are improvements that can be made. With our system completely designed to work on the GM Square Body applications, you can remove the large single diaphragm booster at it’s weird angle and replace it with a more compact 9″ Dual Diaphragm Booster. This system uses a set of brackets that raise the booster up allowing additional engine clearance along with a cleaner look on the firewall due to it’s perpenicular mounting in relationship to the firewall.
The conversion kit includes the following:
- 9 inch Dual Diaphragm Brake Booster
- 1 inch Bore Master Cylinder
- Firewall Mounting Brackets and Hardware
- Push rod with Pedal Attachment
- 2 feet of 11/32 inch Vacuum Hose
- Intake Manifold Fitting
